A one-hour Mooka™ Moment where we will move, breathe, rest, and sit together to learn about ourselves and be present in the moment.

Age 4 +, mixed-age is okay!

Available as a one-time event or recurring sessions.

Currently booking privates at my yoga studio, Elevated Yoga Studio, located in downtown Longmont. Group size of 1 - 5, mixed-age is okay, $75/hr. I can also travel to you, an additional $10 travel fee will be added.
