As an educator,

I needed tools to help me remain calm in an environment soaked in stress. Yoga practices became my tools and helped me be a more compassionate, calm, and optimistic individual. This in return made me a more effective teacher with less stress.

Out of frustration of not knowing these tools sooner, I designed a curriculum for children, educators, and families to teach foundation tools based on the science of yoga, mindfulness, and growth mindset.

The Mooka Curriculum provides secular and simple tools to develop self awareness and emotional regulation skills.
