As an educator,
I needed tools to help me remain calm in an environment soaked in stress. Yoga practices became my tools and helped me be a more compassionate, calm, and optimistic individual. This in return made me a more effective teacher with less stress.
Out of frustration of not knowing these tools sooner, I designed a curriculum for children, educators, and families to teach foundation tools based on the science of yoga, mindfulness, and growth mindset.
