Kid’s Yoga: Mooka School-Age Course @ Longmont Climbing Collective
A Mooka yoga class can help a child strength body awareness, increase focus and attention skills, remain calm, especially in moments of stress or pressure. Yoga helps your child enjoy challenges and grown in their abilities. This is geared towards kids 5 - 8 years old.
